1. Service Overview

• One-way taxi services
• Round trip bookings
• Local hourly packages
• Airport transfer services

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate travel details.
• Bookings depend on vehicle and driver availability.
• Karnataka Taxi may modify or cancel bookings due to operational reasons.

3. Pricing Policy

• Toll charges are included in the fare.
• GST is included in the final price.
• Pricing is transparent — the displayed price is the payable price unless trip conditions change.

4. One-Way Taxi Service

One-way service includes pickup from one location and drop at another destination without returning to the original pickup location.

5. Round Trip Service

Round trip includes pickup from source location, travel to destination, and return back to original pickup location.

Waiting Policy:

• Includes 1 hour waiting time.
• Additional waiting beyond 1 hour may incur extra charges.

6. Local Taxi Packages

Local packages allow flexible travel within fixed duration and distance limits:

• 4 hours / 40 km
• 8 hours / 80 km
• 12 hours / 120 km

Extra time or distance beyond package limits may incur additional charges.

7. Airport Transfer Services

• Airport Pickup: Driver picks customer from airport and drops at destination.
• Airport Drop: Driver picks customer from home/location and drops at airport.
• Pick and Drop: Driver picks passengers from a location, drops some at airport, and returns remaining passengers to the original pickup location.

Waiting Policy:

• Includes 1 hour waiting time.
• Additional waiting beyond 1 hour may incur extra charges.

8. Driver & Vehicle Policy

• Drivers are verified and experienced.
• Vehicles are maintained for safety and comfort.
• Customers must follow safety guidelines during travel.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Be available at pickup location on time.
• Avoid carrying illegal or restricted items.
• Maintain respectful behaviour with drivers.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Not responsible for delays caused by traffic or weather.
• Not liable for lost personal belongings.
• Operational conditions beyond control may affect service.
